Graces

Graces submitted to the Regent House on 23 February 2011

The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 7 of the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 108), the Council has determined that a vote shall be taken by ballot on Grace 1. The remaining Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 107), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 4 March 2011.

1. That approval be given to the Council’s intention to propose an access agreement to the Director of Fair Access to Higher Education, for his approval, pursuant to Regulation 12 for University Composition Fees (Statutes and Ordinances, 2010, p. 160).1

2. That Professor Andrew Wallace-Hadrill, Master of Sidney Sussex College, be appointed one of the Septemviri to serve for two years from 1 January 2011.

3. That PricewaterhouseCoopers be reappointed, in accordance with Statute F, II, 5, to be the qualified accountants for the audit of the University’s financial statements for the financial year 2010–11.2
