Professor Malcolm John Budd, M.A., Ph.D., FBA, Honorary and former Research Fellow of Peterhouse, member of Jesus College, sometime President of the British Society of Aesthetics, died on 17 February 2026, aged 84 years.
Dr Frederick William Ratcliffe, CBE, JP, M.A., (Hon.) FCLIP, Life Fellow and former Parker Librarian of Corpus Christi College, formerly Librarian of the University and sometime Sandars Reader in Bibliography, one of the founders of the Consortium of University Research Libraries (now Research Libraries UK), died on 16 April 2026, aged 98 years.
