The Council submits the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 107), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 23 October 2009.
1. That an Address to Her Most Excellent Majesty The Queen be sealed with the Common Seal of the University, and presented to Her Majesty on the occasion of Her Majesty’s visit to the University.1
1It is expected that the Address will be presented to Her Majesty on 19 November 2009 (see the Vice-Chancellor’s Notice on p. 58). The text, which has been approved by the Council, is available for inspection in the University Offices (Secretariat). It will be published in the Reporter later in the Michaelmas Term together with details of the University’s presentation party.
