The Chairman of the Faculty Board of Physics and Chemistry gives notice that the Annual Meeting of the Faculty will be held at 2.15 p.m. on Monday, 9 November 2009, in the Committee Room, Hoyle Building, Institute of Astronomy, Madingley Road.
The main business is to elect two members of the Faculty Board in class (c) to serve for four years from 1 January 2010. Nominations, for which the consent of the candidate must be obtained, signed by the proposer and seconder, together with notification of any other business, should reach the Secretary, Mr P. M. Aslin, Institute of Astronomy, Madingley Road, by Wednesday, 28 October 2009.
