The Council submits the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105) will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 23 February 2018.
1. That PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP be reappointed, in accordance with Statute F I 5, to be the qualified accountants for the audit of the University’s financial statements for the financial year 2017–18.1
1The Audit Committee has recommended the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditors to the University for the current financial year.
