The Council submits the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, 2024, p. 111), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 31 January 2025. Further information on requests for a ballot or the amendment of Graces is available to members of the Regent House on the Regent House Petitions site.§
1. That in Regulation 3 of the Ordinance for the John Winbolt Prize (Statutes and Ordinances, 2024, p. 1039), the reference to the Registrary be replaced with a reference to the Secretary of the Faculty Board of Engineering.1
1The Council, on the recommendation of the General Board, the Chair of the Faculty Board of Engineering and the Managers of the John Winbolt Fund, is proposing this amendment to revise the recipient of papers for submission for the Prize.
