Obituary Notice

Professor Haroon Ahmed, Ph.D., Sc.D., FREng, Life and Honorary Fellow, onetime Warden of Leckhampton and former Master of Corpus Christi College, member of King’s College, Emeritus Professor of Microelectronics in the Department of Physics, co-founder and sometime Head of the Microelectronics Research Centre, the Cavendish Laboratory, formerly University Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering, died on 23 October 2024, aged 88 years.
