Procedure for the allocation to electoral rolls of candidates for the Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences and Veterinary Sciences Triposes: Amendment

With immediate effect

The General Board, on the advice of the Committee of Management for the Natural Sciences Tripos, has approved the following amendments to Regulation 2 of the ‘Procedure for the allocation to electoral rolls of candidates for the Natural Sciences Tripos and the Medical Sciences Tripos and the Veterinary Sciences Tripos’ (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 613) that forms part of the ‘Rules made by the General Board in accordance with Regulation 11 for the election of student members of Faculty Boards and other bodies’ (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 612) to bring the list of courses up to date.

Regulation 2.

(The relevant Faculty Board indicator given in Regulation 1 of the Procedure is shown in brackets.)

Part Ia

By removing ‘Elementary Mathematics for Biologists’ from the entry.

Part Ib

By removing Animal Biology (D) and Pathology (D) from the listing;

And by adding Biology of Disease (D) and Evolution and Animal Diversity (D) to the listing;

And changing both Geological Sciences A and B to Earth Sciences A and B;

And by amending Ecology to read Ecology, Evolution and Conservation.

Part II

By amending Experimental and Theoretical Physics to read Physics;

And by amending Geological Sciences to read Earth Sciences;

And by removing Neuroscience (D) and Physiology and Psychology (D) from the listing;

And by adding Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour (D) to the listing.

Part III

By amending Experimental and Theoretical Physics to read Physics;

And by amending Geological Sciences to read Earth Sciences.
