The following persons have been appointed in the manner prescribed by Ordinance to preach before the University during the academical year 2017–18.

The Rt Hon. Lord Mackay of Clashfern, kt, Honorary Fellow of Trinity College and of Girton College, formerly Commissary, sometime Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland and formerly Lord Chancellor (Lady Margaret’s Preacher)

Except for the Mere’s Commemoration service, University Sermons are delivered in Great St Mary’s Church at 11.15 a.m. on the Sundays stated.
