Elections

Professor Eyal Benvenisti, LL.B., Hebrew University of Jerusalem, LL.M., J.S.D., Yale University, Professor of Human Rights, Tel Aviv University, has been elected into the Whewell Professorship of International Law with effect from 1 January 2016.

Professor Patrick Francis Chinnery, B.Med.Sci., M.B.B.S., Ph.D., Newcastle University, FMedSci, Professor of Neurogenetics, Newcastle University, has been elected into the Professorship of Neurology with effect from 1 October 2015.

Dr Michael Coleman, B.A. (Hons.), University of Oxford, Ph.D., St George’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, Principal Investigator, The Babraham Institute, Cambridge, has been elected into the van Geest Professorship with effect from 1 September 2015.

Dr Andrew David Neely, M.A., CHU, B.Eng., Ph.D., University of Nottingham, Royal Academy Professor of Engineering and Director of Research, Department of Engineering, has been elected into the Professorship of Manufacturing Engineering with effect from 1 October 2015.

Professor Eske Willerslev, M.Sc., D.Sc., University of Copenhagen, Professor, Natural History Museum, University of Copenhagen, has been elected into the Prince Philip Professorship of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with effect from 1 October 2015.
