B.Chir., Ph.D., HH, MRCP, appointed from 5 February 2014 until 4 February 2018 and subject to a probationary period of twelve months. Dr Andrew Roderick Conway Morris, B.Sc., M.B. Ch.B., Glasgow, Ph.D., Edinburgh, MRCP, FRCA, appointed from 17 March 2014 until 16 March 2018 and subject to a probationary period of twelve months.
