Woolf Institute, Cambridge

Dr Yaron Peleg will give a Woolf Institute Open Lecture entitled A tale of two nations: irony and history in the works of S. Yizhar and Anton Shammas, at 5 p.m. on 13 February 2013. Dr Peleg is the current Kennedy Leigh Lecturer in Modern Hebrew Studies and comes to Cambridge from George Washington University, where he taught courses on modern Hebrew literature and Israel Studies.
