Notice by the University Bellringer

On Monday, 6 February 2012, at the University Church of St Mary the Great, the following rang a quarter-peal of 1302 Changes of Grandsire Triples:

This ringing was to mark the 60th anniversary of the Accession of HM The Queen. It followed a visit to the Ringing Room by Duncan Robinson CBE DL, Deputy for the Right Worshipful the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Leszek Borysiewicz DL, and by the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Cambridge, Councillor Ian Nimmo-Smith, who attended a presentation about the bells and the ringing by the University Bellringer, Dr Frank King.
