The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that the Discussions announced for Tuesday, 29 July 2003 and Tuesday, 5 August 2003, will not take place. The Report of the Council on the stipends of Pro-Vice-Chancellors, dated 14 July 2003 (p. 1171) will be discussed on Tuesday, 7 October 2003.
