UIS maintenance weekends: 2020–2023

University Information Services (UIS) wishes to notify the University of weekends over the next three academic years that may be used by UIS to conduct major IT maintenance works. This follows an exercise, in consultation with the Information Services Committee’s Operations Committee and Business Systems Sub-Committee, to identify periods across the year when major works will cause the least disruption to wider University business.

The following weekends (from 6 p.m. on Friday until 9 a.m. on Monday, although the full period will rarely be required) have been identified as having the least impact and are therefore being reserved for potential major works.
