Regulations for examinations

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

Politics, Psychology, and Sociology (Social and Political Sciences) Tripos, Parts IIa and IIb

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 415)

With effect from 1 October 2013

The list of papers available for Parts IIa and IIb of the Tripos has been amended. Paper Int.3, An interdisciplinary subject I, is no longer suspended.

Regulation 14.

Parts IIa and IIb

By removing the footnote indicating suspension of the paper until further notice.

The Faculty Board of Human, Social, and Political Sciences are satisfied that no candidate’s preparation for the examination will be affected.

With immediate effect

Regulation 2 is to be amended so as to read:

2. The scheme of examination shall consist of two examinations, each of which shall last for one hour: an examination for aural proficiency and an examination for reading and writing proficiency; there will also be an oral presentation.
