The amendments to regulations reflect changes to confer on the Director of Medical and Veterinary Education the authority to waive the requirement of diligent attendance in subjects of the Second M.B. Examination in exceptional circumstances.
Regulation 11.
By adding as an additional sentence after the first sentence:
The Director of Medical and Veterinary Education shall have the authority to waive this requirement in exceptional circumstances.
