Professorship of Plant Systematics and Evolution: Notice

The Board of Electors to the Professorship of Plant Systematics and Evolution invite applications for this newly established Professorship. The successful candidate will take up appointment on 1 January 2004 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The appointment will be subject to the Statutes and Ordinances of the University. Further information may be obtained from the Academic Secretary, University Offices, The Old Schools, Cambridge, CB2 1TT (e-mail ibise@admin.cam.ac.uk), to whom a letter of application, marked 'Confidential', including details of current and future research plans, a curriculum vitae, and a publications list should be sent, together with the names of two referees, so as to reach him not later than Monday, 1 September 2003.
