Andrea is a Ligurian like Paganini, born in Santa Margherita Ligure. He has won numerous national and internationalprizes and recorded more than 15 CDs.
He lives in small house in the woods in the hills above Rapallo " to not disturb others and not to be disturbed". Andrea plays a Vuillaume Cannone model violin, of 1864 (Devoto collection), built in the model ofthe Guarnieri del Gesu that belonged to Paganini.

24 Caprices for Solo Violin (1802-1817)
Written in the form of Etudes - short, solo works of extreme difficulty designed to perfect a particular element of playing ¬– the 24 Caprices remain to this day an imposing prospect to all but the bravest of concert violinists.
