Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

An event dedicated to deep listening, immersion in sound, and nourishing yin.
Join Janine and Nicky for an evening of connection. You will explore a winter yin yoga/mindfulness practice held in a sacred container of tranquil and immersive sound.
Winter is the season connected to the sense door of the ears, highlighting the importance of drawing inwards to listen to our bodies and our hearts. Nicky and Janine are honouring this yin season with a beautiful opportunity to be in community, nurturing yourselves in this intentionally curated way.
