Cambridge Judge Business School Webinar - What Generalised Remote Work Means for Leadership in a Post-COVID World

Wed 17 June 2020

Online

Join Dr Thomas Roulet for this webinar as part of the School’s webinar series “What’s Next? How to Survive and Thrive in a Post-COVID-19 World”.

The COVID crisis has forced most organisations across the world to move suddenly to remote work. While remote work had started to become a common feature of our organisational life, we have now entered a new era in which generalised remote work is likely to become the norm.

Dr Roulet, University Senior Lecturer in Organisation Theory and Deputy Director of the MBA Programme, will explore how this drastic change will affect our understanding of leadership, offer insight into how leaders can adapt their approach to fit this new norm and will present a model of leadership based on perspective taking.
