Registration for THIS Space 2023 is live and you are invited to take a seat at our fully remote flagship event on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 November. Organised by The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute , THIS Space aims to share learning on what works in healthcare improvement, what doesn’t, and why.

The event is free to attend and open to anyone with an interest in the evidence base for improving the quality and safety of healthcare. Booking is essential.

Speakers include:

Kevin Fong – consultant anaesthetist at University College London Hospital and pre-hospital doctor with Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex. He recently hosted the BBC Radio 4 series ‘The NHS: Who Cares?’

Natalia Kurek – deputy director at Greener NHS, the programme to shape ideas on how to reduce the impact on public health and the environment, save money and reach net zero.

Jean-Frédéric Levesque – Chief Executive of the New South Wales (NSW) Agency for Clinical Innovation, and the Deputy Secretary, Clinical Innovation and Research at the NSW Ministry of Health in Australia.
