Join CSD Brass (Cambridge & Surrounding District) and conductor Christopher Lawrence for their Spring Concert in a programme of original works for brass band, in the perfect setting of St Luke's Church.

At the heart of the programme is 'The Severn Suite' by Edward Elgar, alongside the Sinfonietta by Joseph Horovitz and the Rhapsody for Trombone by Gordon Langford. Also featured are works by Edward Gregson, David Lancaster and Rodney Newton.

The trombone soloist is Ben Holford, formerly Principal Trombone of the Cambridge-based ensemble Junior Prime Brass and a recent graduate of the Royal College of Music.
