
Give me Inspiration! The Paradigm Shift with Dr Gillian Tett

The next event in our conversation series, led by the Master of Churchill College, Professor Dame Athene Donald, will be with award-winning financial journalist and Provost of King’s College Cambridge, Gillian Tett, on Tuesday 21 November at 6pm. They will be discussing Gillian’s career path, what tips she wished she'd been given earlier on, what she views, retrospectively, with most pleasure or regret and much more. You can book to attend in-person or online by zoom. For those attending in-person, the event will take place in the Wolfson Hall at Churchill College and will be followed by a drinks reception at 7pm. All are welcome to attend.
An anthropologist by training, Gillian is Chair of the editorial board and editor-at-large, US of the Financial Times having previously been Managing Editor. She is author of, among other books, ‘Anthro-Vision: A New Way to See in Business and Life’ and the New York Times bestseller ‘Fool’s Gold: How unrestrained Greed Corrupted a Dream, Shattered Global Markets and Unleashed a Catastrophe’. Alongside her new role as Provost of Kings College Cambridge she will continue to write columns for the FT.
