Mon 3 February 2020

Diverse boards are more likely to embrace novel approaches and less prone to ‘Groupthink’. The event opens a dialogue with our distinguished panellists on leadership styles, gender diversity and leadership challenges.

This event aims at addressing the current gender balance gap and initiating a thought provoking dialogue with our distinguished panellists. Key areas that will be addressed are:

- Learning from success stories of Women Leaders with presence in the boardroom
- Highlighting Gender Balance challenges
- Discuss recommendations for bridging the gap
- Sponsoring, mentoring and coaching young leaders
- Bridging the gap between academic and professional initiatives to support diversity and inclusion

After the panel discussion will be an opportunity to network over a glass of wine or a soft drink until 7pm.

Cost: Free
