Nelson Mandela Centenary Event

4.15pm Exhibition 'Mandela at Magdalene' with afternoon tea. 5.15pm panel discussion 'Mandela: the legacy in Education', with Her Excellency the High Commissioner RSA, Professor Saul Dubow (Cambridge), Professor Christopher Cramer (SOAS) and Mr John Simpson (BBC). Young researchers, including the Mandela-Magdalene scholars will talk about their work and its significance for the world as well as for their country. The discussion is followed by a drinks reception.
