Wolfson student Annoa Abekah-Mensah chats with Dr Maggie Semple OBE and Jane Oremosu, two black women with extensive business acumen, about their work and experiences in the corporate space, and their professional services company I-Cubed Group which offers diversity and inclusion training and solutions.

Maggie Semple OBE is a successful business woman and entrepreneur. In 2010 she set-up Semple, a bespoke women’s fashion brand. Maggie is a Non-Executive Director of the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) where she chairs the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. Maggie was awarded an OBE in 2000.

Jane Oremosu is the owner and founder of JK Sales Consultancy. She advises and supports Managing Directors and Senior Leaders on sales matters.

Maggie and Jane established I-Cubed - a professional services company focused on offering diversity and inclusion training and solutions – in September 2020.

They are the authors of My Little Black Book, A Blacktionary: a glossary of terms and phrases.

The conversation will take place from 6.30-8pm in the Combination Room (above the Porters' Lodge), with a drinks reception served beforehand from 6-6.30pm.
