Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic’s interests lie at the interface of leadership development, people analytics and talent management. He is the Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London and Columbia University, Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, and co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling. Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic has published 10 books and over 200 scientific papers, which include ‘Why do so many men become incompetent leaders (and how to fix it)’ and ‘The Talent Delusion’.
