Tue 12 March 2019

Churchill College

Cambridge has a wealth of sources for those interested in the history of science. Come and find out more about science archives and special collection from across Cambridge, what they are and how to access them. What kind of records do scientists leave behind? What can these tell us about their work and life? How can these be used for historical research?

We are bringing together representatives and displays from collections across Cambridge for this afternoon event at Churchill College. Come and learn about the collections held at the Scott Polar Research Institute, Sedgwick Museum Archives, Science Collections at the University Library, the Whipple Library of the History and Philosophy of Science, St John’s College, King’s College, Jesus College and Churchill Archives Centre.
