The Newnham College Family Forum is a lively annual event to discuss contemporary issues affecting families. This year's event will be taking place on 25th January 2025 and will take the theme of Connecting families and nature: the mutual benefit this brings for children and the environment.

Expert speakers will include: Dr Samantha Friedman Lecturer in Applied Psychology at the University of Edinburgh; Dr Or Perah Midbar Alter visiting researcher at the Centre for Family Research, University of Cambridge and Cathriona Hickey Head of Conservation Education at ZSL who will share their knowledge and experiences of how nature has, and will continue to impact, children. Newnham gardener Jerome Viard will run a plant cutting session.

The Family Forum will take place in person at Newnham College, Cambridge and online. Saturday 25th January 2025 10am-3pm. All are welcome and the event is FREE to attend although booking is required. Please note that this event is for over 16 year olds only. Please follow the link to book your place.
