Fitzwilliam Museum Syndicate

With immediate effect

The General Board, on the recommendation of the Fitzwilliam Museum Syndicate, has approved changes to the membership of the Syndicate. The changes increase the number of co‑opted members by one to five, to enable the Syndicate to add a further member with specialist knowledge, and revise the quorum.

By amending Regulations 1(d) and 3 of the General Board Regulations for the Fitzwilliam Museum Syndicate (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 649) to read as follows:

[1.](d)not more than five persons co-opted by the Syndicate, provided that it shall not be obligatory for the Syndicate to co-opt any person or persons.

3. No business shall be transacted at any meeting unless at least six members are present.
