The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, unless they are withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 112), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 3 May 2024. Further information on requests for a ballot or the amendment of Graces is available to members of the Regent House on the Regent House Petitions site.§
1. That the recommendations in paragraph 7 of the First-stage Report of the Council, dated 23 February 2024, on the alteration and redevelopment of the Hutchison Building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus site (Reporter, 6732, 2023–24, p. 419) be approved.
2. That the recommendations in paragraph 4 of the Report of the Council, dated 23 February 2024, to revise the length of co‑opted membership of the Finance Committee (Reporter, 6732, 2023–24, p. 420) be approved.
3. That the dates of Full Term and of General Admission to Degrees for the period 2030–31 to 2039–40, as set out in the Ordinance for the Dates of term and Full Term (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 177), be as follows:1

4. That in the Special Regulations for the Buildings Maintenance Fund and the Student Housing Fund (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 1081 and p. 1084), the references to the Buildings Committee be replaced with references to the Estates Committee.2

The Council has sanctioned the submission of the following Grace to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on Saturday, 27 April 2024.
That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B II 2:
