The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, unless they are withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105) will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 30 November 2018.
1. That on the recommendation of the Council and the Nominating Committee, Ms Sharon Flood be appointed a member of the Council in class (e) for four years from 1 January 2019.1
2. That on the recommendation of the Council and the Nominating Committee, Mr Mark Lewisohn, of Christ’s College, be reappointed a member of the Council in class (e) for four years from 1 January 2019.1

Ms Flood is a Non-executive Director and Chair of Audit at Crest Nicholson plc, Network Rail, and Pets at Home, and Trustee and Chair of Finance at the Science Museum Group. Previous roles held include Group Chief Financial Officer at Sun Capital Partners (2012–14) and Finance Director, Department Stores, John Lewis Partnership (2005–10). Mr Lewisohn is Group Managing Director at UBS.
The Council has sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 24 November 2018:

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B II 2:
