The Chair of the Faculty Board of Modern and Medieval Languages gives notice that the Annual Meeting of the Faculty will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, 16 November 2015, in the Lucia Windsor Room, Newnham College. The business to be discussed will include a report by the Chair, discussion of the Report of the 2014–15 General Board Learning and Teaching Review of the Faculty, and the election, in accordance with Regulation 1 of the General Regulations for the Constitution of the Faculty Boards (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 570), of three members of the Faculty Board, two to serve for two calendar years and one to serve for four calendar years, all in class (c) and from 1 January 2016.
Nominations for these elections should reach the Secretary of the Faculty Board of Modern and Medieval Languages (email: ojs25@cam.ac.uk) not later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 10 November 2015.

The Faculty of Music have confirmed that no candidate’s preparation for the examination in 2016 will be adversely affected.
