The following appointments have been made:

Appointments

University Lecturer

Middle Eastern Studies. Dr Yaron Peleg, B.A., Emerson College, Boston, Ph.D., Brandeis, Boston, appointed from 17 January 2012 until the retiring age and subject to a probationary period of three years.

Clinical Lecturer

Medicine. Dr Hoi Ping Mok, M.A., M.B., B.Chir., Ph.D., CL, MRCP, appointed from 26 March 2012 until 25 March 2016 and subject to a probationary period of twelve months.

Senior Computer Officer

University Offices (Management Information Services Division). Mr Neil Ian King, B.Sc., De Montfort, appointed from 1 March 2012 until the retiring age.

Computer Officer

University Offices (Management Information Services Division). Mrs Lynda Louise Tunstall, B.Sc., Central Lancashire, appointed from 16 April 2012 until the retiring age and subject to a probationary period of nine months.
