The University Council have received notice of a proposed amendment to the Articles of Association of Hughes Hall to provide that a member of the Association shall receive notices given and sent in such form as the governing body may from time to time direct. Under the provisions of Statute H, I, 2 the Council announce that the proposed alteration does not affect the University or prejudice its interests.
