Mansfield College is seeking a Development Director. The College wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated self-starter, preferably (but not essentially) with experience in fund-raising or development, alumni relations, marketing, or related fields.
Initial salary is likely to be in the order of £30,000 and progression will be performance-related. Other benefits are offered, together with eligibility to join the Oxford Staff Pension Scheme.
