The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 113), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 23 May 2003.
1. That the recommendations in paragraph 8 of the Report of the General Board, dated 12 March 2003, on the establishment of a Centre for Commonwealth Education (Reporter, p. 735) be approved.1
2. That, on the nomination of Newnham College, Saskia Monique Murk-Jansen, M.A., Ph.D., of that College, Fellow of Robinson College, be appointed a Pro-Proctor for the academical year 2003-04.
3. That, on the nomination of Peterhouse, Timothy Nicholas Milner, M.A., of that College, be appointed a Pro-Proctor for the academical year 2003-04.
4. That, on the nomination of the Vice-Chancellor and the Proctors designate, James Damian McDonald, M.A., of Gonville and Caius College, and Vedia Emel Izzet, Ph.D., of Christ's College, be appointed additional Pro-Proctors for the academical year 2003-04.
