The Centre for Rights Inaugural Lecture, entitled Human rights in a mature democracy, will be given by The Rt. Hon. Baroness Perry of Southwark, M.A., Hon. LL.D., Hon. D.Litt., FRSA, CIMgt, Former President of Lucy Cavendish College, and Member of the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Human Rights. The Lecture will take place on Friday, 29 November 2002, at 5.30 p.m. in the Gordon Cameron Lecture Theatre, Fitzwilliam College. Members of the University and others are invited to attend.
