The annual Kenneth Craik Lecture will take place on Friday, 3 May, at 5 p.m. in Physiology Lecture Theatre 1 on the Downing Site. Professor A. D. Craig of the Atkinson Pain Research Laboratory, Barrow Neurological Institute, Arizona, will give a lecture entitled How do you feel? Interoception: the sense of temperature, pain, itch, and 'the material me'.
The annual Linacre Lecture will take place on Tuesday, 7 May, at 5 p.m. in Physiology Lecture Theatre 1 on the Downing Site. Sir David Lane, FRS, of the University of Dundee, will give a lecture entitled Discovering new therapies for cancer.
Both lectures are open to members of the University and others who are interested.
