Preachers before the University, Lent and Easter Terms 2001: Notice

The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that The Revd Canon Dr John Peterson is regrettably unable to preach on Sunday, 3 June 2001 as arranged, and will now deliver the annual Ramsden Sermon in Great St Mary's Church at 11.15 a.m. on Sunday, 20 May 2001. This corrects the information printed in The Cambridge Pocket Diary, 2000-01 (p. 158).

The Vice-Chancellor also gives notice that the Electors to the Hulsean Preachership and Lectureship have elected The Revd Canon Dr Anders Bergquist, Ministerial Development Officer of the Diocese of St Alban's, to be the Hulsean Preacher for the year 2001, in place of the Archbishop of Wales.

Canon Bergquist will preach in Great St Mary's Church on Sunday, 4 March 2001.
