Grace submitted to the Regent House on 9 August 2000

The Council submit the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 113), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 18 August 2000.

1. That the recommendations contained in paragraph 5 of the Report, dated 24 May 2000, of the General Board on the establishment of a GKN Professorship of Manufacturing Engineering (Reporter, p. 823) be approved.1
