MEMORIAL SERVICE

A Memorial Service for Sir Vivian Ernest Fuchs, Sc.D., FRS, Honorary Fellow of St John's College, 1983-99, Honorary Fellow of Wolfson College, 1970-99, polar explorer, and formerly Director of the British Antarctic Survey, born 11 February 1908, died 11 November 1999, will be held in St John's College Chapel on Saturday, 4 March 2000, at 12 noon.
