The Vice-Chancellor invites those qualified under the regulations for Discussions (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 112) to attend in the Council Room on Tuesday, 7 December, at 2 p.m., for the discussion of:
1. The Report of the Council, dated 22 November 1999, on the construction of a building for the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine (p. 179).
2. The Annual Report of the General Board, dated 17 November 1999, on the establishment of personal Professorships and Readerships (p. 181).
