Dr Alexander Bird, of the University of Edinburgh, will give a talk, entitled Inductive knowledge and Holmesian inference, at a meeting of the Moral Science Club, at 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 19 October, in the Old Library, Darwin College. There is a charge of £1 for non-members of the Club.
