The Press Syndicate have appointed Dr R. J. Mynott, CC, currently Deputy Chief Executive of the Press and Managing Director of the Publishing Division, as Chief Executive of the Press and Secretary of the Press Syndicate, to take office on 29 September 1999 following the retirement of Mr A. K. Wilson.
