New Hall

EASTERN EUROPE YESTERDAY AND TODAY

On Wednesday, 28 April, guest lecturers from the Central European University, Budapest, will give the following talks in the Long Room, New Hall:

at 5 p.m. Frontiers in History, by Professor Al Rieber, formerly Chair of the Department of History at the University of Pennsylvania and now Head of the Department of History at the Central European University in Budapest.
at 8 p.m. The village in the Global Village: East European ethnographies, by Professor Marsha Siefert, Director of Communication Studies and Visiting Professor of History at the Central European University, where she teaches both Oral History and International Communications.
