Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 23 January 1999

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 23 January 1999:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by incorporation:

1. AKANE KAWAKAMI, Fellow of Magdalene College, Affiliated Lecturer in the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1998).

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

2. SIMON JOHN BONIFACE, Fellow of St Edmund's College, Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Clinical Medicine.
