The Vice-Chancellor invites those qualified under the regulations for Discussions (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 114) to attend in the Council Room on Tuesday, 17 November, at 2 p.m., for the discussion of the following topic of concern to the University: the ruling, made by the Vice-Chancellor's deputy appointed to consider a recent representation under Statute K, 5, which relates to the authority of the officers to conduct legal proceedings (p. 77).
