Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Associate in the General Practice and Primary Care Research Unit within the Department of Community Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team which works on the prevention and management of chronic disease. The appointee will lead the development of a research and education programme managing health risks in primary care. Skills in the integration of social cognition and cognitive behavioural approaches to behaviour change and relevant outcome measurement will be valued. The appointment will be on the Senior Research Associate scale ranging from £20,107 to £29,048 a year, with an initial contract for five years.
